Our park is located 2 miles west of Interstate 59 (69) on FM 1485, we are close to major shopping centers, restaurants and grocery stores (Wal-Mart).

Not many people know the RV Park life, it can go from glamorous to less than perfect pretty quick. We do know life brings different scenarios to all of us at all times.

Very good location and it's usually pretty quiet. The owner has cleaned the place up a bit so not as much late night drama. The owner is onsite pretty much all the time so that's good. They have surveillance cameras up everywhere and they have a pool. Plus they have the new Valero gas station and laundry across the street.

I've been here a little over 3 yrs, my lot is spacious, pay one monthly payment for my lot & ALL BILLS R INCLUDED, free WI-FI, & basic cable is included. The manager, Stewart, has always had his tenants best interest at heart, I'll admit, there r a few ditzy folks here, but as long as I mind my own business and stay to myself, it's all good. November, this year, (approx 3 months) a brand new Valero gas station & grocery store , is opening directly across the street. My best friend lives next door and my grandbabies have a pool to swim in when they visit. Hwy 59 & Grand parkway are.less than 2 miles

Be careful who you believe, I’ve lived here a year and have never met these people giving bad reviews. The price is $10 cheaper than the park across the street. Stewart is the property manager, he is a great guy! Very sweet and really tries to help when he can. The NEW maintenance man is very quiet but that’s his personality. He works very hard! He is the son of the assistant property manager David, who is a real stand up guy. I don’t know why people are saying there is a drug problem because the moment someone comes in that gives any indication that is something they do or we hear about

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT!!!! The price is cheaper for a reason. This place is the most trashiest and drug infested place I've ever been in. The neighbors are nosey, you will never have privacy. The landlord doesn't do anything about complaints so you will have to call the police for everything. Fighting is allowed apparently according to the landlord. Not a good environment or safe haven for children. So if you are thinking about moving here run for your life and never return.

I have been a resident here for almost 2.5 years. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The owner of this park is absolutely wonderful. The maintenance department, Jon, is extremely hard-working, respectful, and willing to go the extra distance for any help needed! We are a growing positive older adult RV park..we have younger families as well. Love my park!
