When it is time to have your system cleaned here are suggestions for your preparation before the arrival of your service person. 1. Expose your covers, but DO NOT remove them. 2. Have a water hose accessible for the service person to use. 3. Keep children and pets free from the area they will be working in.

The best way to determine the location of your septic tank cover is to stand along side the closest pipe to the house, look towards the house, and measure four to six feet towards the house. How often does your septic need to be pumped? State regulations require home owners to pump and/or have their septic tank serviced every three years.

Recently bought home and was unfamiliar with the septic. They were very polite and answered all of my many questions I had about my septic. Price was cheap and it only needs to be pumped every 3 years. I do recommend.

Wow! Such a good group to work with. Came right away when we had a backup and cleared the line and cleaned out the tank! Nice people on the phone and in person! Gave us tips on what we did wrong and how to go forth from here! Never had this in the city! Their prices were a lot less than we expected too! So nice and very professional! I would recommend them to everyone!

I called Darrell's last Sunday morning after my septic system's level alarm had gone off the night before. I left a message and got a call back from Darrell a few hours later. He answered all my questions and came out the next morning with one of his guys and looked everything over. I should also mention it's the middle of January and about 5 degrees outside, and my tanks are not exactly easy to get to. They fixed a few things and pumped out the tanks.
