The shop is amazingly clean but they are not professional, The tech in the first seat behind the register (Kim). I can't stand it when they flip languages while there are customers in the shop, its rude. She tried to send me out with acrylic and polish all over my skin. She actually tried to put me under the dryer like that, then attempted to argue with me about fixing them (now that part was English). There was no payment and I had to go home and clean them up and paint myself.

If you are thinking of getting your nails done here STOP DONT GO I I HAD TO CALL 911.Allen did my nails and it was a horrible experience. First off it took FOREVER for me to be serviced. I asked for a soak off and when he was done I was very disappointed because the nail polish had air bubbles in it my hands product all over it and the nail polish wasn’t done correctly. so I asked if he could fix it he said no and he wanted me to move out the chair so I asked for a refund and he forcefully moved my chair while I was sitting it. I had to call 911, so not only did my nails look a mess I felt like

Absolute worst experience of a nail salon I have ever had in 15+ years. The pedicure looks like a 2 year old painted my toes. After 24 hours a nail popped off so went to get it fixed. They wouldn’t fix the nail, tried to say it would be 2-3 hour wait for one nail fix, then said I had to pay for the nail to get fixed even when I brought my receipt to show it was just done Sunday afternoon. I will never go here again and hope everyone thinks twice before going to this place.

These people need to be shut down! My experience was horrific. The lady rushed through my pedicure, full set and eyebrow wax. I’m completely appalled. This was my first and last time at this establishment!! My nails are on crooked, the paint is thick and uneven, the shape is not the same throughout all the nails, the gel she used is all over my nail beds. I’m just disgusted. Complete waste of money. They have lost not only a new customer but anybody I know will not be going here.

I received a pedicure & the polish looked sloppy & was painted into my cuticles. I let it go because I didn’t want to make a fuss. Now 2 weeks later I removed the polish & my nails are lumpy from where she removed the old gel polish with the nail drill. Every single toe nail. I’m extremely displeased! I will not return.

I called ahead and asked if they could fix the top coat of my manicure and they said yes come in an hour it’ll be $10. So I said okay gray thank you so much! I went on my lunch break, waited for 15 minutes, finally got the attention of someone and asked her about how long it would be, I called earlier about the top coat. She started yelling at me that they cannot do that for me, why did I come for only that, I refuse, I refuse. I was like well, I called earlier and I know that can be done? I usually go to Sunnys on Hamilton... I have started going here.. and Let me tell you!!!!!! I love this place for so many reasons. 1. They do amazing nails and take pride in their work. 2. The scenery and environment is clean and relaxing. 3. There is hardly ever a wait. 4. They stay open until... check dig this... 8pm! Thats right! 8PM.... What nail salon you know open that late? I usually have to skip out on getting my nails done because by the time I get off work and get through traffic its almost 7 and most places are already closed.
