Must say, THE BEST pharmacy & patient care I've ever recvd. (had to leave my previous pharm bcz of things beyond OUR control), So,I tried Osceola. Knew they were under totally different ownership, etc. So II cold & they had ALL my Rx's transferred over. I am extremely happy with them. They know you by your 1st name when you call, & greet you like family! Kazi, (hope I spelled your name right! Ha!!) Head Pharmacist, is AWESOME & I must say, so is everyone else.
Any "commercial pharm" who only know you by your "Rx #" & treat you like a stranger!... Just call & they will do the rest! YOU WONT BE

Since Kazi took over it has been wonderful, he helps it like the old school pharmacy feel, and he does everything in his power to help you get what you need, Kazi and the employees are just fantastic, I've been going there since I was a child, and hated to see it go...But when Kazi opened the pharmacy, it was like it didn't skip a beat! Just wonderful also very helpful as well. I hope they stick around for a very long time, we need good, caring people back in our community who get to know the people instead of treating you like a number! Absolutely nothing like the chains, keep up the good work

Hands down the most friendliest, knowledgeable, attentive, and super sweet staff... when I call they know my voice and greet me by my name... they now have an online app that allows you to refill and notices you by text when ur meds already... Kazi is my favorite pharmacist... Angie has great customer service, Renee is always helpful, Brianna is so sweet and Devon has such a good attitude.... The delivery driver Graham is very nice, and always on time when I schedule for delivery... BTW delivery is free... I've been a customer for 20 years...
