I always go here for threading and usually have the same technician, Hannah. This time I went and she wasn’t there.
I don’t know who the lady is who threaded my eyebrows, but it was super painful and she cut me several times above my right eyelid, which never happened before.
My arches are thin, high, and uneven. She threaded my forehead, which I did not ask for and usually never get. She did not draw on me before threading me.
I still paid and tipped but I’m really really disappointed.

I think we live in a world of greedy people. I didn't like our first interaction and that's when I should of left. After she threaded my eyebrows, I couldn't believe it. How are you in business doing eyebrows like that. This is the worst I've ever seen. She really seemed Iike she had no idea what she was doing. If I could give her zero stars I would.

Not sure what happened to the lady that used to do my brows and I would give her a 4 star I think she was the sister of the owner if she still worked there.
In regards to these new ladies that took over her spot they are no good. I always like to give ppl a couple of chances because I get bad days. I’ve given both a fair shot. Making brows skinnier does not equal better. I also don’t know if they know how to shape correctly as well. Not sure if they both understand this concept but my brows do not require much. Additionally, they need to do a better job listening to what the customer wants

This is my favorite place to get my eyebrows done. The lady and her crew never cease to amaze me. The music is a wholesome vibe and I would never go anywhere else. Everytime I come in, I have to wait, that's what happens when a business thrives! I thought I was smart and showed up 30 mins before they open on a Saturday, and tell me why I was still FOURTH in line!!! Like girl, whaaaaat! I don't mind it. Need your brows on fleek? Come to my fav. Girls place and she won't let you down. I guarantee!

I never went to anyone else to get my eyebrows done. I became a regular and always came here since highschool till wrapping up college. I got the pleasure of coming in during covid and the owner still remembered me. I watched her place grow and renovate! I moved states before I got to say goodbye. But, I wanted to atleast state that if you want your eyebrows done nicely and friendly service. I always recommend this place :)
