Alessadro Animal Hospital is proud to serve the Moreno Valley CA area for everything pet related. Our veterinary clinic and animal hospital is run by Dr. Harbinder Randhawa, who is a licensed, experienced Moreno Valley veterinarian. Dr. Randhawa has been practicing in the field of veterinary medicine for the last 26 years. He is a graduate of G. B. Pant University of Agricultural and Technology (India). He received his DVM License and started his doctorate at Alessandro Animal Hospital. He currently owns Alessandro Animal Hospital and is committed to the advancement of veterinary medicine and the community for which he has spent so many years serving.
Preventive care has lengthened the lives of our pets and added comfort to their geriatric years. A lot of attention has been focused on veterinary dentistry in the last 2-3 years. Was Charged $345 for some stitches on my week old puppies, the doctor used the type of sutures (more like fabric) knots weren’t tight at this was on the arm so those tore and popped off, which my puppies was still in pain. I had to get my own skin stapler and close the wound myself. The puppy is healing well… Poor work

The groomer was so rude after canceling my appointments twice & right in front of me her & a co worker called me the crazy Lady! After driving down there 3 times to be turned away I got a little angry but instantly I pullled myself together smiled and walked out never to return!

First off, okay I’m 17 and because I’m in college by myself I couldn’t get my dog looked at because I wasn’t 18. I get that but I tried to explain and she wouldn’t listen. Second, Called and asked could I bring my dog in because he was not looking very well. They told me I could come in ASAP. Came in and the lady told me I couldn’t get him looked at because I didn’t have an appointment. I told them about the phone call and they stated that you should have made an appointment. Dog is fine now but I had to go somewhere very far away. Customer Service needs work and would not recommend

Thank you all for taking such amazing care of our 190lb St. Bernard, Bruce Bear. From the receptionist, to the tech, to the MD....we were treated so well! Bruce had a horrible ear infection and they were able to schedule his ear cleaning procedure next morning. I was given clear instructions and after the procedure, scheduled a 2wk follow up. I am so impressed with the compassion these amazing individuals have shown us.

I have been bringing my pets here for a little over 20 years now. They are always very helpful, caring, and reasonable. The doctor on the staff always explain everything in detail. The facility is always clean and welcoming. I have since moved further away and live in Hemet but I still bring my pets here where I know they will be well taken care of.

I’m going to start off by saying that I don’t like leaving reviews but my experience here has been so offputting that I’m hoping to share and help someone who might be looking for reviews of their experiences beyond just the “great time here!”. I found a lump on my dogs chest and called in an appointment on Saturday. We waited for about 20 minutes for a room to be available, (we came in at 3:50 or so, it’s fine cause the appointment was at 4:00.) The doctor actually came in around 4:41 and felt the lump on my dogs chest after forcing me to muzzle him despite him not showing any real

We called on Monday and the first available appointment was Friday at 4:15 pm.
We arrived on time then was advised there was one patient ahead of us. At 5pm my husband was allowed into the waiting room then waited another 15 minutes to be seen.
The Vet was very professional and caring attitude.
My husband was very satisfied with this visit despite the time delays...it was a very hot day in the car!!!!

My dog was brought here for medical attention. I came to get a receipt of work done. I brought all documents needed to make sure I can get that paperwork. They refuse because person that took her to vet. Signed as her dog. Though legally all proof of the dog I have(& brought today) and that person that signed as her dog has none. So even with valid proof from the county (Where you have to get documents to in order to have a dog) doesn’t even matter. I do not recommend this place.

I called them on the morning of the day my fizzgig passed. i asked them for meds to put her to sleep here at home and they said they could not give “take home” meds for animals to go to sleep. (i had no idea at… the time about rules and regulations. what they said was fair and right, i know this. i was just in a hurting place at the time) i said fine, i’ll find another place that will help me and i hung up on them...then i get this...in the mail today. i am at a loss of words! thank you for your kindness, thank you for reaching out. i’ll never forget all of your staff
