Our history begins in 1956 when Paul O'Farrell opened Friendswood's first realty office, originally known as Friendswood Realty. Shortly thereafter, Al O'Farrell (Paul's brother) joined the company, and the name was subsequently changed to O'Farrell Realty. The Friendswood area began to quickly grow with the emergence of NASA in 1965.

My wife asked me to leave this alone, but after the way she was treated, I feel it’s fair to warn other potential clients how unprofessional an unexperienced realtor in this group behaved.

If I could add more stars I would!! Cathy Hart did such an amazing job at helping my husband and I find our forever home. This year has been a crazy one and we almost gave up on looking for a home, but Cathy Hart worked so hard for us and took her time to show us so many homes. She was so patient, kind , was very informative and knew exactly what we wanted in a house. Cathy and the O‘Farrell Realty team really made our house buying experience easy and wonderful. When we first started working with our realtor, Mary Wise, she was just beginning the process of getting her real estate license. While she was doing this, Drew O’Farrell was working with her and so he helped us and I cannot say enough about him and the company as a whole. We were selling our first house and buying another. They were so patient with us, they advised us well in regards to the contract and they literally walked with us every step of the way.
