I moved to Carlinville 15 yrs ago and was with another agency When the agent didn’t even recognize me I started shopping for a new agency. Richard Oswald and staff checked off all my insurance needs. All of the staff at State Farm are pleasant, knowledgeable and quick to respond to whatever needs we’ve had. We have home owners, auto policies, life insurance, an IRA and a policy for our business. We’ve been customers for many years and have had a couple significant auto claims.
