Charis4Events is an event rental and event management company with more than 25 years of experience based in Redwood City serving the entire San Francisco Bay Area. Established in 2018. Chairs 4 Events was created by three entrepreneurs with a passion for events. We all know how stressful managing an event is.
Therefore, we, want to make sure our customers are looked after well so that they can enjoy the company of their guests or colleagues. Setting up the order was easy and I am grateful that they had the tables and chairs that we needed. My reason for one star was because when they delivered the tables, they left a huge gash in the entry to our home. Accidents happen, which we get, however, when my wife called to get this resolved, the person basically refused to acknowledge that they did the accident. They completely did but insisted on doubling down that it was not their fault. She kept arguing with my wife and insisting it couldn't have happened, because if it did, we would have called them right away. She basically accused my

I have worked with Chairs 4 Events for 5 years (I own a catering/event company) and they have always been professional and friendly! I love to work with a company who values relationships and who knows my name when I call. They have great products and a great team. Highly recommended for events of all sizes.

We rented chairs for our wedding ceremony from Chairs4Events and they were great! We worked with Teresa to arrange the order and she was always quick to respond, they had a good inventory for ceremony furniture, and their prices were competitive relative to other rental companies we checked. We had a tight delivery and pickup window and somewhat complicated delivery situation in the middle of the Botanical Gardens, but it seems like everything went smoothly and punctually. Also the chairs were really nice! We went with a natural wood rather than the more classic white chairs and I think they looked

Chairs 4 Events was such a pleasure to work with! Their representative, Janeth, was wonderful. They made this process really easy and stress-free for us, the pricing was reasonable, and the results were beautiful. We rented tables, chairs, some beautiful linen table cloths, a couple of beautiful glass beverage dispensers, and a large 20'x30' canopy. This was for an outdoor birthday party. Everything turned out great. We got loads of compliments from all of the attendees.
