Donnie and Team were great and always available to answer any questions. From the initial meeting they handeled literally everything from permits to HOA approval and was in tune with what we were looking for.
The fence turned out great and completely met all of our expectations, most of all the great communication, customer service, and follow up.

After meeting with 5 different fence companies, DC was the most reasonably priced. They also happen to be some of the nicest people you will ever meet. They were very flexible with scheduling as well. Fence came out looking amazing, installers were very professional and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend DC fence to friends and family.

Very Bad Experience. Fence was installed a year ago and while selling my house this month it was discovered that the fence was encroaching on my next door neighbor's plot by 3 feet! After my realtor's initial call to Donnie to question the error so we could have it corrected before closing, none of our follow up calls were returned. In the end, in order to correct the mistake by DC Fence & Rail, I had to pay almost $1000 to have a crew come out and move the fence to the correct location. HORRIBLE Customer Service on the part of Donnie, the owner of DC Fence & Rail, in not taking

Awful company. The owner and office staff have lousy follow thru. Problem with previously installed gate. Repeated calls and requests have been made for the owner to call me back, the office secretary to call me back, to repair a gate that was not installed correctly.
This was an expensive job, once they have your money, don't expect any further services from this company.
