We arrived sometime after cut-off, still got loaded. This, on a load that was supposed to pick up tomorrow, by the way. Didn't kick us out when the truck wouldn't start.
The receiving GAF unloaded us after we were late for the appt.
Thanks lads lol

This place is a well oiled machine! Instant loading. Multiple loaders. I guess the negative reviews are old. Even if it takes a while, you can't blame the shipper for too many trucks. Happy to load here any time!

Picked up here for the first time since new plant/procedures were put in place. I must say it is a 150% improvement from the old process. They get you in and out very quickly. I wish all shippers were this efficient. Turn in at gate 1, turn quick left to the staging area and call the # on the sign to check in. They will call you back when they are ready for you to pull on the scale. Once you check in at scale you will go to the loading line in the yard and the forklift driver will come and get you and load you quickly. Very efficient loading process!

They have remodeled since the image on here. There is now a building North of what you see in the image. It's connected to the north road in the picture. Wait time was short. Loading took about twenty minutes or so which was nice. The people I talked to were really nice. If you are here to pick up batting, it's pretty light, about seventeen thousand or so which is nice. They have a porta potty and I think they have a driver lounge in the guard shack. You have to use CB 14(I think) or call a number to check in. Over all the place wasn't bad. I'd stop in again I suppose.

This place was great, got there and pulled into staging area, called the number they provide to find out information, they told me which gate to come thru and what door, they started loading me about 10 minutes after docking, and they were finished with me and with paperwork in about 30 minutes total. This was a great experience. Thanks for being so fast and courteous. People were very friendly 😊

I slept there overnight in the gravel staging area, it was very quiet. Checked in at 4:30 a.m. they called me at 10 to 5. I got lost twice the guards were great about getting me headed in the right direction. I was loaded and out of there by 6. Everybody was very professional and helpful. The place is extremely clean. My experience was better than I expected, but what every driver hopes for.

The shingles look great! Torrential rains came right after completion. Not one drop came through. Looking forward to many years with this roof. Terry Sowell does a great job. I'm a repeat customer and will be again.

Pretty nice looking shingle. I would recommend it. If I did it again I would try to use one that shows more of the definitial shingle.

Very happy to find shingles that matched the ones originally installed. We used the Grand Sequoia Mesa Brown shingles. Elmer's Roofing LLC from Lancaster PA installed them. Couldn't be happier. Great company! Highly recommend.

Very disappointing experience with a GAF certified roofer (Northern California Roofing Company) and a flat roof. Installed over 6 months ago... over 15 different leaks... still leaking and GAF replacement contractor has been slow to come and fix anything. Not to mention it takes forever to get a rep on the phone. We went with this company because it was big and offered a 20 year warranty. Now we have damages they won't pay for and our roof still leaks. What a nightmare.

We are not happy with the GAF Royal Sovereign, charcoal shingles that were installed on our roof. The shingles look old, gray and faded as in the 4 pictures sent to the GAF Claims representative in NJ. The dominant, black shingle, that creates the blend, is missing. Therefore, we were scammed. We filed a formal complaint with our state's Consumer Protection Attorney General's Office.

A GAF Territory Manager came to our home when we were not home and supposedly took samples of the shingles to be evaluated. Since he did not call us to set up a time to meet him and see the shingles

Just had my roof reroofed with GAF Timbeline Natural Shadow Shakewood shingles. Gives my home a nice appearance and blends in well with existing siding and shutters. I chose the color because the shingles blend with each other as opposed to some which have such a color contrast as to make the roof look spotted. Very happy right now. We'll see how it wears.

We bought a building with a roof that was under warranty by this company. Papers show previous owner paid lots of money for said warranty. The roof leaks every second, and GAF says it is owner maintenance issues. We try to hire GAF certified contractors on our own dime to fix the problems, but the problem is no GAF certified contractors either recommended to us by the company or listed on the company website will even come out to give us an estimate because they "don't want to get involved." As a result, we've had roof repairs done by non-GAF certified contractors. Because
