I don't usually take time to review, honestly. But I have to review this place. I have had such a good experience. I was always called back when I called for questions and no one ever seemed annoyed or put off by it. I'm a nurse practitioner so being in the medical field I of course thought of every possible thing that could go wrong. I was pretty nervous upon arrival and the anesthesiologist, nurse, and Dr. Gallegos went above and beyond to get me relaxed. I decided to have my abdominal muscles sewn back together due to having issues with this after children so I had a decently intense surgery

I had the WORST experience with so called Dr.Miguel Gallegos,in my opinion and in lots of others peoples opinions, me not being the only one this theif shouldn't be allowed to practice on people.I had my lips BOTCHED by Miguel Gallegos.My filler migrated everywhere except where it was supposed to go. I went back in hoping he would fix the problem after all i paid him $700.00, instead, he rudely told me i would have to pay him again, I told him i would be going eleswhere, he than shut the lights on me and slammed the door on me. Go eleswhere. Bair Medical Spa is Amazing and treat people with respect

Went there for a consultation, i had done my research before going there, when i asked questions to doctor Gallegos he'll just answer with a simple yes or not, literally i was out of there in less then 2 minutes, he made me feel like i was wasting he's time and not a potential client for him. The stuff was great 👍 too bad the doctor throws everything to the draim with his attitude.

Negative: Dr. Gallegos, unfortunately, was very rude and cannot seem to empathize or even sympathize with his patients. He made me feel incredibly anxious, continued to interrogate me about my insecurities and past medical history, and ended our consultation abruptly and inconclusively. I will not be pursuing surgery at Hermosa and would encourage others to prepare for Dr. Gallegos’ interrogation beforehand, particularly if they suffer from any kind of anxiety.

Left my consultation confident that Dr Gallegos would NOT be the Dr for me. He is not friendly or an inviting individual. I get not all people are, but literally looking at your watch when you're with a potential patient, like I'M wasting your time -well that by far was the rudest gesture. I've done some research, so I had questions- but when answering them he acted like I should have known the answers and asking was an inconvenience to him.

I love love love this place! Everyone is friendly & knowledgeable! I've had the greatest experience here from my consultation to months after my surgery!
