Mulchman's Lawn Top Dressing provides an organic program to bring your lawn to it's healthiest potential. Core Aeration - We make sure to do multiple passes with our aerator to provide the best root growth and compost penetration possible. Lawn Top Dressing - We use only certified compost that is specifically made for lawn topdressing.
Is a cool season species that is heat and drought tolerant, disease resistant, and minimal care. Fescue may need to be reseeded each year due to summer heat and drought excesses. Fescue also has a tendency to bunch as a growth pattern. Is a warm season grass that spreads well. Zoysia is considered wear resistant and grows well in the Piedmont and Eastern Coastal Plain of North Carolina.

Our experience with MulchMan was A+ across the board. Communication was great, came out quickly to provide a quote, and the installation of the mulch was perfect (taking care to mulch carefully around existing plants or flowers that were coming up). Mulch itself was very nice as well. Highly recommend their service.

I've used MulchMan for some smaller jobs before, but I recently had them come out and install a dry river bed in part of our yard that has suffered from some erosion over the years. Now, it's too soon to tell if this will completely solve my erosion problem (I suspect it will do just fine) but it looks great. They took care of it quickly (less than half a day) and didn't leave any mess behind. Alex even came back out later and added some additional rock because he wasn't satisfied with the way it looked initially. Excellent customer service and a great job. I will definitely be using them again
