Our law firm outgrew our prior advertising agency and hired On Target for our next phase of growth... I can say hands down it was the best decision I've ever made for our business. On Target has talented video producers, tough negotiators for media buying, and they are highly skilled with digital campaigns (SEM, geo-targeting, etc). The growth of our firm since we've hired On Target speaks for itself.

Great work hours no one bothers you but if you want to work in a place that no one talks to you and no one has a personality this is a great place for you to work. Also they’re not flexible around holiday hours for example they won’t let you go early the Friday before Memorial day or Labor Day or any holiday . They also need HR department I had to practically beg for my medical insurance to get processed .

Very disappointing company. Would leave 0 stars if possible. Management is terrible, pay is second to nothing and forget ever having a day off that was never the case.
Would not recommend this place to anyone whether you are trying to work there, have your website upgraded or digital marketing campaigns managed. ROI is not even worth it.
They’re main focus is media buying. When they should have only been doing digital advertising as nobody ever uses print or billboards any longer. Absolutely disgusted with the management and really feel sorry for their other clientele for the lack of professionalism
