Was extremely hard to touch base via phone had guy come out and never received a quote I called And my wife called separately no reply back .
Said he was backlogged originally
Felt like he didn't want to do the job for some reason.
Never a quote never called to follow up delayed protect weeks waiting for his bids
I contacted home Depot and they were out in 3 days and a quote that night with a follow up talk
I would say it seems like shamus is way understaffed they should hire more people

Shamus and his crew did a fantastic job on our aluminum fence. Our lot has a bit of a rolling elevation and the back line includes a natural swale that kept it pretty wet. All this made for a more challenging… install, I’m sure, but Complete Fencing delivered like Champs! And priced considerably under the other two bids we received. Highly recommended!
