I signed an agreement in May, and am still not receiving recommended service, see no change in my skin, and staff lack following through (more than one) on things they say they are going to do. This is a very profit-driven company that cares nothing about its customers. Any company that is going to collect funds during a pandemic for a membership and not provide customers with services is unethical. They let go their staff amidst the pandemic and are only providing certain services, but yet they want to charge the full price for memberships and offer no concessions for the customer. They will give you the run around and hide behind jargon in contracts to rob you. BEWARE! Please do not ever spend a dime here!

BEYOND HORRIBLE SERVICE. They fired all of their staff expect for their NPs. They are ONLY offering coolsculpting, injectables, or laser hair removal. They are not offering dermaplaning or facials. They said they are looking to rehire more staff. The only reason I will return here is because i have a lot of money in my "bank". DO NOT GO HERE! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE! there are plenty of med-spas in the columbus area.

Note to self, if a company that does any sort of medical procedures has what I call over seas customer answering service run. Run far. Terrible customer service! I have called many many times as well as an email with no success on getting answers to my issue I have brought to them. I have asked to speak to management at a location and was denied that opportunity. I will never give another buck to this company and you shouldn’t either.

This place is a complete and utter rip off. I had paid money into a membership and they said it expired and would not apply my money towards an appointment. How can my money that I paid them expire. Especially during a pandemic when you can rarely get in to an appointment. Plus they can not keep employees. Have a different provider every time you go.

I had to update my review based on recent experience. I used to absolutely love this practice. I'm trying to be sensitive in the COVID crisis but I'm finding it more being an excuse to just offer horrible customer service. I had an appointment change on me last minute prior to the crisis. I showed up and was told oh you will be seeing someone else today. Part of the experience should be the courtesy of informing me before I arrive. Everything went fine but still not ideal. I've been to Juvly for two different services over the past year. The first service I got was an IPL treatment. I used to struggle with severe cystic acne and as my skin has cleared up and been consistent for awhile, I wanted to get rid of some scarring and possibly prevent further breakouts. I'm only 20, so investing in my skin is super important to me as I haven't had the same experience as many others and I'm ready to live out some clear skin days! Matt Hastings by far! Matt is the only reason I continue coming back to the Polaris location over and over again. I followed Ellie down to the downtown office a long time ago, but just a horrible parking setup and city mess, so had to stop Juvly for a bit. Columbus Location- Money hungry out to get your money. I Dealt with the Asian lady and the blonde with the lip fillers Just left and they tried to UPSELL me with the chin laser procedure. The area i needed treated was a small area under the chin. Julvy is always a great place to get your fillers and treatments done at. Not only do they have two convenient locations to visit in Columbus, they also have a wide variety of scheduling options available. If you work full time it is still possible to get an appointment even if you have a busy schedule.
I've always had a great experience here and the prices are really good as well. I just became a member after coming here for so many years. Wish I would have done it sooner! I would recommend stopping by and checking them out.

Juvly has changed my life. Before I found Juvly, I hated my face. I had tons of scaring from cystic acne, a huge crease between my eyebrows, and a super gummy smile. In the 14 months I have been a Juvly Member, I have made SIGNIFICANT progress with my scaring, I have no more wrinkles and they even treated my gummy smile! Honestly worst than a gym membership. I really wanted to like this business but they are so uncomfortably invasive- they take your credit card just to make an appointment, illegally text message you without your consent if you make the mistake of giving them your phone number, sign your email up for ads, and worst of all refuse to treat you if you do not authorize personal photographs be uploaded to their system.

I went in for my first time to try out under eye fillers . Michelle Porter is not only a ray of sunshine when she walks in the room but she took the time to explain the products that would work best for me and my before and after results were jaw dropping amazing !
From my personal experience i had to go back for two touch ups a few weeks after to even out a little spot. (the under eye area is very delicate and may require a few tweaks after your first apt so keep an open mind ! )Michelle stayed after her hours to make time for me and always INSTANTLY responded to my questions,even on weekends

It was my first time to experience Botox and I was a bit nervous when I went to Juvly. The procedure was flawless and the injector was amazing and I never felt any discomfort while the treatment's being done. The entire staff was friendly and I also want to thank Gary for providing an awesome service.
