I must say after reading the reviews I was skeptical of trying her but I did anyway. I will say she is extremely thorough and asked questions about my lifestyle and health that no other Doctor has ever thought to ask or even cared to ask. She took a lot of blood and tested me for everything under the sun and completed a gut test which I've never had based on questions and conversation about my health. We spoke about alternative and herbal remedies for certain issues I have had and they have been great. I will say that you will not get anyone on the phone until about 10am and you will need to have

My daughter has been going to Dr Cathy for a few years now. She's got a wonderful bedside manner and is very knowledgeable about my daughter's conditions. It took us a long time to find a doctor that didn't think she was making all this up, and to actually delve deep into her ailments. She is very much appreciated in this house. My only complaint is that it is very difficult to get a hold of the office staff and to have them return calls. I don't think the online portal they have, it is not user friendly. But these things don't have anything to do with her, she is great!

Dr, Cathy is very thorough . I tried going elsewhere closer to home , but it was nothing like Dr. Cathy , where you feel that you are more than just a patient . you are a priority at Dr. Cathy's office .
Right before my stroke , she asked " Have anyone in your family ever had a stroke ? and i said . I do not know , and low and behold i had one . Dr . Cathy takes the time out to explain everything and care about me as a person .

By far the worst doctors office in Atlanta. I would never recommend this office to anyone. Her office is very unprofessional and un-inviting. She doesn't care about your time and will have you waiting for 2+ hours. I'm not sure why they bother scheduling appointments. The doctor herself is very unprofessional. I've never been more dissatisfied. Please do not waste your time or money.

I have been seeing Dr Cathy for years. She has always been kind and professional. Her staff is all very nice as well. They always take a few minutes to strike up a friendly conversation. The office setting is very homey instead of feeling like you are in a smaller version of a hospital which can cause anxiety in many people. I definitely enjoy coming here.

Office still hasn't provided my refund bc I was charged more than needed on my first visit not knowing that my co-pay was only $25 and they charged me $180 saying they would reimburse me later if my insurance say so. I was given run-around and was hard to get in touch with billing person. I wouldn't recommend this office until they get their billing dept together

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible! I can't speak to her medical acumen or skill as a physician however, I can only speak to how I was treated as a patient by her personally and her office. I had three scheduled appointments with Dr. Cathy and actually only saw her for one.

Dr.Cathy’s practice is great. The staff is professional but they also treat you like family. I recommend it to anyone who wants the full and undivided attention from a physician. Dr. Cathy takes the time to know and understand her patients. She doesn’t just rush you in and out. Dr. Cathy makes sure that when you leave you are feeling better than when you walked in. Dr. Cathy has helped me understand things I had never considered when it comes to my medical issues. She has a unique approach and treats you as a whole person, not just a singular problem. She was also willing to see my son who has been struggling in school when no one else would because of his age. Instead of wanting to just throw him on some medication and be done with it, she discussed in detail how his diet can also be a contributing factor.
