I was expecting I needed a rebuild on my forks on a bike I bought as it was really spongy. Turns out there was just not enough, and the wrong oil in them.
They could have charged my for the rebuild and if have never known (which I'm sure they knew). But they didn't.
I'll definitely return next time I need anything done.

Well I drove over here with my 2014 Indian Chief Vintage motorcycle. I have a Traumatic Brain Injury. And I got this bike bran new thinking I would still ride. But after owning it for 7 years I had to realize that with my brain injury my riding days are over. I had contacted a few places about my bike and most places just leaded me on. A friend told me about this place so on my way to another dealer I stopped in here and Frank was very friendly and understanding and made me a great offer that I took on the spot. I believe he and his staff will find a good home for my bike.

I took my sport bike in for some brake work. The employees were very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to get my master cylinder working correctly. And the prices are reasonable.
They have an inviting showroom with a vintage Sega Hang On Arcade game and mix of Harleys and late model Japanese/Euro bikes for sale. All of the sport bikes looked super clean, like new. I saw a ZX-10, two ZX-6s, an Indian FTR1200 w/ 300 miles, a practically new GSXR 1000, a CBR 600, KTM and Ducati Hypermotard etc.
I totally recommend this business. The owner Frankie is a straight shooter.

I have had nothing but good experiences at down and out. They have always done good work at a good price for me. I was referred to them by some friends that bought their bikes there, when I bought my first bike, a Suzuki Intruder 1400. Even though they work on mostly Harleys they did an initial inspection and a few adjustments. They made me feel welcome to the biking world. Now that I've have "joined the dark side" and bought my first Harley-Davidson, I will be bringing it to them for all my mechanical needs. You can trust them with your bike. I can't say enough good things about these guys. First off, FrankE is the man. He'll help you get on a hog even without the best credit, super nice guy and will help you through the entire process. I bought a bike about 5 days ago and it began to lose power and had a loud ticking noise coming from the motor, I rode it in today and had one of their techs take a look at it. I'm just minutes he found the issue and is going to fix it for me free of charge. Not to mention your service rate is cut in half while you're financing a bike with them.
