I love this spa and have been going for many years. Susanna is AWESOME and super knowledgeable about ALL skin which is difficult to find as a woman of color. However, Chic la Vie does a poor job when it comes to social media presence and marketing. You kind of have to go to the spa to find out what services they offer which is irritating when you want to decide what kind of services you want to try. Hopefully they get it together. In the meantime, if you do decide to go and see what they offer, just know that you are in excellent hands!!!!!

I got microneedling done by Susanna who was marvelous to me. Very thorough, very skilled and very personable, clean and professional . She went into detail with each step and took her time on me. You can tell her coworkers respect her and cherish her. Says a lot. The work itself was worth every penny. Wonderful experience.

Very happy with my experience here! The staff are all super nice and welcoming. Very clean and organized office. Erika is great and my Botox and filler's came out perfect. I live out of state so I was a little nervous about going to someone new, but I'm very glad I came to Erika for my beauty needs. Would definitely recommend.

I have wanted to come across a spa where the facials are not presented to you as a menu option but where a game plan for good skin care is presented as an individualized treatment plan to accomplish my desired outcome & Suzanne did just that. In my experiences in Vegas quality was always hard to find but I now see that at Dr Smiths practice he hires nothing but the best , most knowledgeable staff. Suzanne's experience, professionalism, client care & expertise shine through in everything she does. So happy I gave it a chance.

I booked an appointment with Char for Botox. I did not receive any information about what to expect nor did I receive any kind of call or reminder prior to my appointment. When I arrived on time I was told that they have a strict "no call no show policy" and may have to reschedule. Apparently I was supposed to arrive 15-20 mins early to fill out a large new patient packet. It would have been helpful had this info been shared over the phone or through a call or text to confirm. I have had a couple of services done by Rebecca. My first thought of her was that she was very knowledgeable she gives you all the information that you need she makes you feel very comfortable she's very informative about what you're getting done. She makes sure she educates you very well. On top of that she does a great job and she's extremely sweet. There is no question that anything I choose to have done I will go back to her doesn't matter what service you get she does a GOOD JOB!!

She then went over treatments that would most benefit me and my concerns (acne scaring, pores, texture and hyperpigmentation). I have since received 5 treatments from her and see such a difference in my skin! It's honestly the best it's been in YEARS.
The entire team at Chic la Vie have always been so kind and professional every time I have visited. Can't say enough good things about them. Would HIGHLY recommend

I have never written a review before, but i also have never been so happy with a business before. Susanna and Erin are incredible. I have had minor skin cancers and belmishes treated by them with lasers and injections and the results are way better than I expected, and that is so rare in today's world. They are professional, and most importanltly they really care. Everyone from the front desk to the specialists are amazing! Thank you especially once again to Susanna the laser goddess, and Erin, the queen of care. You guys are awesome!

Erin was very personable, I had a consult with her prior to my lip filler to ensure I was choosing the right product since it was my 1st time to have my lips done. She was very thorough in explaining all the details involved and confirming that I was choosing the right brand of filler. She explained everything she was doing at each step. I could see immediate results prior to leaving the office & without seeing the end result in about 2-weeks, I’m very satisfied with the initial results. Very natural looking which is what she said is her goal, not the fake look. I highly recommend her!!!

This review is for the medical spa- I had a treatment done for the first time and had an okay experience. The aesthetician was nice but I am not sure why I never see aestheticians wash their hands before putting gloves on and start touching your face? She was in and out of the room and not once washed her hands. Also, the treatment room was super small and the light wasn't bright at all (and there was no lamp in the room either) so I am not sure if she was able to see and assess my skin properly.

I love Chic la Vie Med Spa! Rebecca is extremely talented and knowledgeable about skin care and other body treatments, and is always up to date on the latest technology. She is certified and trained in so many areas. As a man, skin care is important to me too and I have had great success with the various treatments Rebecca has given me and I highly recommend her! I've been wanting to start preventative Botox for quite some time now and after coming in for my consultation, I finally did it that same day! It's been a week and my botox have already started kicking in and I am in love with the results! I got some on my forehead, elevens, eyebrow lift & my lips (I have a gummy smile that I absolutely hate so the Botox help with that a lot). The staff is very friendly and I even signed up for their membership as well :)

This was my first time getting lip fillers so I was extremely nervous. I felt very comfortable beginning with the initial call to book my appointment the woman who answered the phone was very nice. When I checked in the receptionist was also very friendly. The office is beautiful and clean. I got my lip injections done by Hayley. I highly recommend you book with her she did such an amazing job. My lips have healed and settled beautifully. I will definitely continue to have my touch ups done with her.

The location is easy to get to,m and so gorgeous. They have a full bar of snacks and different drinks is so my husband doesn't actually mind going in and waiting for me as well as having phone chargers in the chairs which is important if you are always trying to work from your phone and still get things done!
Besides that, these nurses were well trained in both their ability to do their job well but also have great bedside manner.

I love Francesca! She does great work and has a great personality. I came in to get Botox and Juvederm filler for my lips. She spent lots of time with me, didn't rush me, and explained everything very well so I knew what to expect and to help me make an educated decision. She also took the time to make sure I was as numb as possible before injecting my lips. I'm still swollen in the pic, as to be expected directly after, but I can tell they are going to look even more amazing. It's a bonus that Francesca offers a free follow up visit and touch up! I'll definitely be going to

I am beyond happy I started coming here. I've gone to three different injectors here, all of whom I was satisfied with. But I really need to mention Karen who I've seen twice now. Karen takes her time and after asking for her honest opinion she helped me make a decision on what product to use. The cherry on the top was that I've had lip injections several places over the years, every single time I've bruised. Karen did a wonderful job and I was left with not one bruise! Might have been lucky but I believe she's very skilled!

I'm a returned customer. I see Kim and let me tell you, she is awesome. Kim is very knowledgeable and has great customer service. I did my eyes, cheeks,forehead and I look 15 years younger. I always take before and after pictures and I couldn't be any happier with the service. Thank you Jill and Kim you guys are great.
