I am not one to typically review companies, but I am one who reads them. So I decided to write a review to help others who are considering hiring Low Stump Tree for their tree trimming project. They were fair, professional, fast and did an awesome job! They worked on our home with numerous mature trees for a full day. They trimmed the trees and removed large limbs while making the shape of the trees still look natural. They wore their safety gear, uniforms, had orange cones placed on the street to help direct traffic around their equipment and cleaned everything up perfectly! Hire them you won

I can't say enough about Low Stump! I called for an estimate and got a timely response. The trees that I need removed were in very close proximity to my house so I had a lot of concern. Jeff has a lot of knowledge as a certified arborist and explained EXACTLY what he and his team were going to do. I got a good fair estimate and the work was scheduled. We travel quite a bit and I explained I might not be in town when the work was being done. Jeff said it would not be a problem. As it turns out I was out of town but I got an email the day before reminding me that the trees were scheduled for

I had to call three times to get an estimate. When they finally sent it they never told me when the work could be done. I then sent them several email and they never responded. Finally they responded and told me they would be here in a week. By then I had already had the work done. I hear good things about them but there communication is very poor.
