Mark Larkin and Carey Fowler are as top notch as you can get when it comes to both selling your old home and finding your forever home. Coming from someone who dreaded moving, I can say they made every single part of the process so simple and smooth. My wife & I had loads of questions throughout the couple of months we were waiting for closing on both properties (selling & buying) and their response was always incredibly on point. Had an excellent experience with Keefe Real Estate, and our agent Donna Brongiel in particular. I found Donna when she was the listing agent for a property we were considering. From our first phone conversation, I was immediately drawn to her, and knew her knowledge of the Lake Geneva area was second to none. I felt very comfortable in her expert hands, and I was right. Donna negotiated a fantastic deal for us in a great neighborhood in a really tight market. She was able to get us in to view properties quickly, and also had her ear to the ground for off market deals.

Worst experience i have ever had, Chris Jasser is someone I will never trust again. First impression was good but afterwards she won’t return calls, yells at you saying it’s not her problem, just over all a terrible experience. Buyers and contractors BEWARE

Ignored all calls, emails, texts, after showing her property listing. When finally able to speak because I went through receptionist, Stacey Schultz told me a flat out lie our app was reviewed but went with another. The issue I had is, we had not yet turned in the app at time she stated it was reviewed. I could go on, but no need. Stacey Schultz is not a good communicator or agent. Very horrible experience and lack or service.
Credit scores, earnings and history are more than qualified for

Keefe Real Estate represents some shady Landlords in Lake Geneva. Keefe represented a Landlord for a condo in Geneva National. The name of the Landlord is James Galbavy at 1597 Woodland Drive. The leasing agent was Stacey Schultz. When we moved out after 18 months the Landlord deducted for several bogus charges from our deposit. These ranged from an inspection fee to carpet cleaning as well as damage that had been recorded on move-in. None of which were outlined in the lease and according to Wisconsin Rental Law are illegal deductions. Needless to say, we were shocked by this outright theft

This yelp is on behalf of my parents who had a terrible experience with this real estate office:
"If i could give it less than 1 star I would. This real estate office and staff are completely incompetent, non communicative, manipulative and in cahoots within the office. I have never worked with a less professional real estate office in 32 years of flipping houses.
My realtor and buyer's realtor were from this office and they were in cahoots to try to extort 3000 for something that was not on the home inspection or closing amendment. We got our attorney involved and didn't have

We had a very bad experience with the real estate agents in this area they never showed our properties even once although they were on the market for one year they sent paperwork with the wrong addresses and wrong closing dates several times they were very Bad about returning phone calls I would never recommend them

Had a bad experience with Keefe. Agent was criticizing property to prospective buyers because she personally didn’t like a new carpet pattern. She didn’t make sure toilet was flushed from the people she showed cottage to and because we lived in Illinois we would come on weekend to find a disgusting bathroom. Would NEVER recommend.

Thomas Pullen has done an exceptional job with selling our house. We used two other realtors prior to him with little success but Thomas sold our home in just two weeks with three offers. He listened to our requests and followed through with all of our needs unlike other realtors that we dealt with. He thinks outside the box, which is important in a tough real estate market.
