I have been practicing yoga at Binghamton Yoga for years, I love this studio! As soon as I walk in, I can feel myself relax. The instructors are helpful, kind and welcoming. I love that I can choose the classes that I attend each week depending on my availability and what I want to practice.

This is a beautiful yoga studio with well qualified instructors. I have taken about 3 different classes which were all wonderful. The studio itself is extremely clean and bright with lots of windows and sunshine. There is plenty of space for a good sized class. I believe the times I had come the classes were pretty full with 25 or so people.
I took a Yin Yoga class on Thursday evening, an alignment class on Friday morning, and an acroyoga workshop that same afternoon. The instructors were extremely knowledgeable and safe. When I left each class, I felt refreshed and rejuvenated. I highly

I have been a regular at Binghamton Yoga for approximately 4 years. The instructors focus on correct alignment to prevent injuries and maximize benefit. There are many different levels and styles as well as variety of time choices. Monthly workshops are also offered to deepen your practice. If you are looking for a studio with highly skilled teachers, that is warm and inviting, and with a focus on proper alignment, then I would invite you to experience Binghamton Yoga!

I went to Binghamton Yoga because I heard they have the best instruction.Right now I'm in my third week and I'm loving it! As a new student I got a one month unlimited membership and I'm trying as many classes & instructors as possible. The best things about this studio are the diversity of styles, multiple levels of intensity, and a real focus on *caring* about alignment. I highly recommend this place!
