Very smooth and easy going experience with them. They were quite knowledgeable and had almost everything I needed for my 25+ year old homemade custom trailers suspension. It has different size axels under it with super heavy duty leaf springs, so it's been a struggle to find all the parts to replace the old components.

I purchased a 16' tandem utility trailer with a 2' dove tail to haul our 2 can am spyders. We spoke at least 3 times on the phone before I made the 1 & 1/2 hour drive. I asked for several changes to be made - electric brakes,spare mounted, 4' ramp not 2'. Everything was done to my satisfaction by the time that I returned 3 days later. They also added an extension sand pad at no cost before I left. They have my recommendation.
