My family told me the flowers they received were from Farrant’s.. BIG MISTAKE. I complained wildly about what they received and it turns out Ferrant’s was NOT the florists. I had emailed Ferrant’s with my scathing complaints and they returned my email that very same evening. So Ferrant’s

Called before Christmas to send flowers to my mother, who due to COVID would spend the holidays alone, in a rural area, months after losing her husband. Kathy, head designer, promised she would get my delivery out to my mother with 24/48 hrs but just in time for Christmas. I was so emotional to know she would get something to cheer her up.
My mother received nothing, my credit card never got charged and we were forgotten. This flower shop is less than 1 hr from my mothers home. Very disappointed and will never use this shop again. I’ll pay more to use shops further away with a better business

Poor overall experience. Flowers were scheduled for delivery the day before Valentines Day. Received a call asking if it would be ok to delivery the next day (being Valentine’s Day) which was fine with us. Well the flowers never showed up by 6pm. So I called and they said they were on the way. Long story short they never showed up until the day AFTER Valentine’s Day. Plus we ordered a very expensive arrangement and this is what we got. They looked like a Sam’s club vase with grocery store flowers. Very disappointed.

The lady that answered the phone, Kathy, was very friendly and explained in detail about the plants she offered. I thought the prices were very reasonable.

Always a great place to get quality flowers at a reasonable price. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I recommend them highly.

Kathy and the rest of the shop did a beautiful job for our wedding. They were also pleasant to work with and helped me stay within my budget. I highly recommend!

Kathy and Betty give special attention to each flower arrangement and plants that you order for your loved ones. They put their heart and soul into what they do to make it special for you!

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday and made a special request for a ladybug theme. They delivered a beautiful bouquet and i am very pleased with the service. Highly recommended!

It was 30 mins before the Father-daughter dance and we forgot a corsage. I called the shop and they offered to make us one even though they were closed. She was super friendly and made a beautiful corsage in minutes. So lucky and thankful. ♡ They even still offered the discount. Next year we'll definitely be ordering here again, but not last minute. ;)
