This is a nice hotel. The people are very nice at the front desk. Particularly a young man named austin. He is an asset to that hotel. He is very kind and helpful. Makes a great impression on guests at that hotel. He is a very nice man at the desk downstairs.VERY GOOD HOTEL.

I feel the hotel is way too overpriced considering because of covid naturally I wouldnt be like feeling to go to gym or use other hotel amenities. Room has a nice king bed and right temperature adjustement but the rest of things nothing special. Ok decor and few snacks that you have to pay for it.

I booked two stays, separated by a week elsewhere when they didn't have availability to extend at the last minute, and both stays were because of a family medical emergency at UMass Hospital which is a stone's throw away (so perfect location). The experience was fantastic, especially the booking services by Austin the night manager who went far above the call of duty to help me at a very stressful time and with the booking challenge of securing two adjoining rooms so I could help my 93-year-old father. On the second stay, the Sonoma Restaurant had some challenges with supply chains and staffing

This was s very nice experience. The hotel had an eye for cleanliness. The bed was comfortable and the temperature was nice. Check in was a breeze. I would note a minor issue on check out. Someone had booked the room for me and they were upset I did not have the same card as had been used to book the room although it was already paid. I would not have expected it to be an issue. Overall though they figured it out and it was a good experience. I would use the hotel again. From previous visits they also have a very nice function room on the basement level. We have had small conferences about 25 people

Stayed three days in September. Noticed the hand soap and body wash was missing from room so called down to ask for some. The hotel staff claimed they were out of all soap- for the whole visit. There was no apologies, explanation, or remedies given. This could have easily been fixed by a staff member taking a trip to the store for a quick fix until their supplies arrived. Pretty poor hospitality and even worse communication- maybe they hoped no one would notice?
The room were fine. Everything was clean, but there wasn't much light in the rooms.

Rooms were nice - large, quiet, excellent and easily-controlled a/c, comfortable bed. But no vent in the bathroom. Their restaurant was only OK (we only ate breakfast there). Service was good but the food missed the high points: Sysco cream cheese (not Philadelphia); toast just showed to the toaster and not crisp; tea served as cup of boiled water with selection of teas (serious tea-drinkers expect boiling water poured directly over the tea bag), potato puffs instead of home-fries. Decent breakfast but I've had better at nearby diners.

We were only here for a few hours to sleep, but the room was beautiful, clean & quiet.
Breakfast at the restaurant however was not great. Chef didn't arrive on time, making us 30 minutes behind schedule. He didn't know how to cook eggs - scrambled were just broken up fried eggs & over easy eggs were also regular fried. Bacon was cold w/ clumps of grease on it. Fruit cup had moldy grapes, under ripe cantaloupe (despite it being melon season in MASS), blueberries were very tart, etc. Even the one good thing we ordered, the Belgian waffle, was missing it's fresh berries.
