This review isn't so much about their product, but about their representatives, specifically, Susy Valdillez. I sent Susy $207.89 via Venmo on June 6th- one week later I still had not received my product,so I called her asking when I should expect it; she told me she was driving and would call me back with a tracking number - never happened! I called her again - same story, never got a tracking number! This is a wonderful school, I have my Microblading certificate and my Permanent Makeup certificate from them and it's the best training anyone can ask for, since you can come back for refresher courses or seminars up to a year! It's a no brained! Pick this school! Suzy and all the staff are amazing!

Good products but the customer service is awful. I contacted the company after waiting a couple weeks for my product without receiving it and a hispanic woman assisted me over the phone. She looked up my account and told me its on its way but when I asked her about the delay she was rude and aggressive. She then asked me for my address so it was pretty obvious they overlooked my order and didnt want to take responsibility. Very unprofessional.

This review is solely for Muriel Stephenson in sales. I called in to get further details on how exactly to use the color lift solution. I informed her that I was on the website and that the instructions on the website wasn't as detailed as when I was speaking to another representative, Beatriz (whom was very helpful). She then proceeded to tell me "do you want me to copy and paste what's on the website and send it to you" trying to be smart. I told her that I was informed to add saline water, and she proceeded to talk over me and say yes add it. I told her no where on the website

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL AT ALL !!! LISTEN TO ME !!!DO NOT TAKE THIS COURSE FOR ANYTHING !!YOU WILL WALK OUT FEELING RIPPED OFF AND NOT LEARNING ANYTHING!!! There is reason why this place has been in business for decades and has at least 50 students a month and only 3 yelp reviews. I Flew out all the way from New York City to learn permanent make up and feather touch techniques , I am a licensed esthetician , I can tell by the verbiage of the instructors that they were not , which may be fine for California State , but if definitely helps if you are a licensed cosmetologist or esthetician

Took all classes from beginning permanent make up course thru the feather touch course and also the lash extension class. Before taking those courses I have never done permanent makeup. They explain everything to you , one on one ,and also offer a retake course for free within the year just in case if you feel you need to retake it again:)
