Took my old run-around car in for mounting and balancing 4 new tires and a four wheel alignment. I had bought the tires on-line and planned to install them elsewhere, but that didn't work out. They gladly installed the tires and did the alignment in roughly one hour. Everyone was nice and the price was very fair.

JacMac Team was Exceptional while changing 2 tires out for my Daughters juke car while also advising of future repairs. Extremely knowledgable and concern for her safety in her vehicle is second to none. Give them a chance.

JacMac Tire and service was not busy today, which was good for me and for them. I usually get depressed when my car gets sick because RARELY do I walk away without spending a grand. But this visit was very pleasant. The customer service man asked me what was wrong with my vehicle, then asked me for the key. He went out and took my car for a test drive, then onto the rack. I waited in the lobby waiting area for a very brief time and then he came back. He told me I had a couple of options. Option one included replacing brake rotors and option two, pads only. I took the less expensive option two because

Wow, just wow. These guys EARN 5 stars hands down. I have a 01 Rodeo which are known to be difficult to work on especially for alignments. These guys deserve your business. Very homely eager to help group of individuals. The alignment guy went above and beyond to hear what I had to say and at least help my situation even though he told me upfront it would be a difficult fix. After reading good reviews, I thought this would be a good place to take my car. Wrong! You could definitely tell this was a Friday afternoon. This is the worst experience with my car in 14 years. I needed to get my rear driver tire patched since it had a nail in it. I told the lady at the counter that I wanted it patched. She told the technician the same thing. What does he do? He decided on his own to plug the tire after disobeying instructions. Once I found out it was plugged I made them do it over and patch it like I told them the first time. Then once they're finished, they still charge

My son who is a student at UA had a flat tire, he called JacMac and they ordered a new tire for him. When they were servicing the tire they found a nail in it so instead of putting the new tire on, they patched the old tire. Any other tire place would have taken advantage of my son and charged him for the new tire. They charged him $12 to patch the tire!! I spoke to them on the phone, they were so good to my son and very professional. I strongly recommend JacMac, they are the most honest people which is so hard to find anymore.

Being from California and my son going to school in Alabama we wanted to find a shop there that would service and maintain his truck. His truck is an F150 that had been lowered and running on 22" tires and wheels. Fine for California but just didn't work out in Tuscaloosa. So new stock tires and wheels and the truck needed to be raised to it's stock height which would be more practical and ride much better.
