Services
Individual therapy provides to adolescents and young adults. Attachment based therapeutic modalities are the primary methods of achieving emotional well being. I specialize in the treatment of: depression, anxiety, grief and PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder). Many people have experienced trauma and other adverse experiences in their lives which lead to emotional and behavioral symptoms.
