I have used Distinct Auto Detailing to prepare a vehicle for sale and to detail my daily driver. In both instances they did a great job, completed the work in a timely manner and charged a reasonable price. Today I stopped by to have them look at a scuff on the door of my wife's car. Without hesitation, they quickly removed and scuff and left the door looking as good as new. I truly appreciate the attentive customer service.

I really wanted to like this place! The front desk was very helpful and most of the interior detailing was beautiful. However every window was incredibly streaky and I didn't notice just how bad until I was driving home and the sun came out.
In addition a lot of sloppy care was taken without exterior details, like headlights that were still dirty and water spots along the inner doors. Near the undercarriage was still mud speckled.
They did a decent job but when I pay almost $400 for ultimate detailing, I would appreciate more attentive work.

I paid $500 to get our Nissan Titan detailed. After paying way too much & finding out that they in fact did not steam clean the engine - I had to take it to another detailer . That cost me another $100. They refused to reimburse me for this cost

I originally wrote a review last week but the owner has no class so he completely lied in his reply! Saying the truck hadn't been driven in years and had serious mechanical issues. LIES!
This truck had 65,000 miles & was a one owner since new and in EXCELLENT mechanical condition.
Yes, it a small oil leak at the fuel pump. Repaired for less than $100. Hardly considered numerous mechanical problems (the owner lied ) considering I sold it for $12,000 cash - I'd say it was a good running truck
It was driven EVERY DAY as opposed to the owner of the business originally saying

To be honest with you I paid an arm and a leg to get my whole car detailed. After having my car for 8 hours, I went to go pick it up and they informed me that it wasn't to their liking so they needed more time to clean it. I left it there overnight and picked it up the following day around noon. After inspecting my car when I had left, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They didn't pay attention to detail and I will need my seats in my car redone. Lesson learned after paying $400 to get my car done.

I've used Distinct Auto Detailing on a number of different cars, from new to old, and have always had a great experience. They are prompt, courteous, and very reasonably priced. I've had similar services provided by other detailers at roughly twice the cost with little to any difference in quality. I'm picky about detailing and think I have a pretty decent eye when it comes to such things and I can honestly say that I haven't found a better place in town based on quality-per-dollar.

Best auto detailing in Reno. I needed an interior detail on my truck which I was selling. They managed to get every bit of dog hair removed, no small feat considering I have a golden retriever. They also washed the outside thoroughly even though I only asked for the interior detail. I sold the truck within a week. It's not a cheap service but worth every penny.

We took in our 12 year old Jag for detailing. We've been really bad about keeping up on waxing etc. My husband was worried as he had a bad experience with another detailer a few years ago! Laurie assured us she would take care of the car and she was true to her word!!
Eric was able to put the car back to almost perfect condition. I'm beyond thrilled with the miracle he performed!!!
As both of them said... cars are their passion and it shows. It was expensive but not as expensive as a new paint job!!
We'll be bringing in our other cars!!!

The staff were incredibly nice and explained a lot of the process before handing my keys over. Vehicle was done right around the time they estimated as well.
Couple of minor complaints about the work once I got my car home to really look into the work. Few spots of the car still had wax I had to wipe off along with a couple of contaminates I'm surprised didn't come off during the clay bar work they did that I had to remove with my fingernail, only a 3 mile drive home so I doubt I picked anything up that quickly. Windows were a bit streaky in the sun which is a first I've seen from a detail shop

Laurie is AMAZING! My wife and I went to a show for her birthday. While we were at the show someone keyed the entire driver’s side of our month old Kia Stinger GT while parked in the garage of the El Dorado.
Body shops I went to all wanted to repaint the whole side of the car which meant taking door handles, trim, door panels, side mirror etc off. Knowing it would never go back together quite the same I went to see Laurie. She said the scratch was too deep to simply buff out. Knowing how I felt about having things taken apart she offered to do what she could to minimize the damage using a paint
