Bill made the whole process fast and convenient. I was able to schedule a time that worked best for me online without ever having to pick up the phone. Bill showed up to the inspection early and was already working hard when I arrived. He answered all of my questions, walked me through each issue on site, and sent me the report the same day. I highly recommend him!

I thought Bill was very thorough with the home inspection until I moved in. 2 outside water backflow valves didn't work. mold in the shower, water pressure is low thru out the house, all of the sinks the drainage is slow, some of the light switches don't work , the list goes on. Don't be fooled by his 30 + years of experience. I would not recommend him.
