Kincheloe had just sold his stock in a lumber planing mill and was looking for a way to utilize local wood in a more conservative, value-added way. Having always admired fine furniture, especially the craftsmanship of antiques, Kincheloe felt he would like to explore the possibilities of furniture manufacturing.

We ordered a Twin over Full Size futon log bunkbed back in July and took delivery the first part of December for our cabin up north. We could not be happier with the look and how well all of the parts fit perfectly together. This kind of bunkbed is a little more complicated than most but the ends of all the parts were carefully market at the plant and assembly took about an hour. Its well made and if we should ever have a tornado at the cabin I will shelter in place under the twin bed since its so sturdily made. Hats off to Lodgecraft they make great log furniture that fits perfectly together.

This is the kind of business I want to do business with! From the first time I spoke with Adam I was impressed with everything about Lodgecraft. Not only is LodgeCraft’s pricing reasonable, but they absolutely stand behind their products. The furniture we purchased after only seeing it on the website was delivered immediately after manufacture stock was confirmed and was absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, several months later we starting noticing some finishing issues due to a manufacturing defect. LodgeCraft could have very easily choose to ignore us, as I’m just an internet customer located a long ways away in Illinois, but not the case. Adam took the bull by the horns
