Triple J's is fully licensed and insured, with the Advanced Installers License of Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems including Infiltrator Systems. We work with the engineers and the Board of Health for planning, design, and permits for the new septic systems. These systems, when routinely maintained, are both efficient and environmentally friendly.
When you think about all the things that go down all the drains in your house, not just the toilet, you realize just how important the septic system is. Every 2 years, the septic tank should be pumped and cleaned by a septic specialist, like us, in order to keep things flowing out of your home smoothly.

Overall, service was prompt and hopefully our backed up septic tank will not give us more trouble. We went for 18 years without servicing it so it may be that we will have to have the system replaced. If so I will consider Triple J as I was impressed by the knowledge worker Jim shared as he located and pumped out the tank. I tend to believe that the amount charged was in line with the average for this job in this area, and Jim seemed to have a good understanding of septic science as well as many years experience and a friendly nature.
