I have been a patient here for many years and I'm so grateful for the staff, and the doctors. Staff is like family, selection of eyewear is phenomenal!!!! Poor customer service. Receptionist handed me contacts and sent me on my way. Doctor didn’t check fit, vision acuity or give any care information. Also, usually new contacts come with a care kit. I received nothing. Good chance I will be heading to Nashville for my vision care.
After the above visit, Dr. Hunter Foutch called me to apologize and explain. His explanation was that a miscommunication had occurred. I understood completely and appreciated his willingness to call and talk to me. I made a new appointment. The service and care was outstanding. I will be going back.
