Michael works really hard to do a job that goes above and beyond. He has rented my condo for me multiple times and ultimately sold the same property in a short amount of time. I was interested in renting an apartment in Nyack and had the pleasure of working with Mike. Mike took the time on a Sunday to show me a the apartment and was extremely patient as I inspected the place thoroughly. He even met me at the apartment a second time so that I could do some measuring to make sure my furniture would fit. Nothing but good things to say about Mike and Lydecker Realty.

Wow, Michael was impossible! He couldn't show me a listing on a Sunday because it's his "first day off in 14 days and it's a summer Sunday!" I asked for Julian and he bitterly explained that Julian was in Montauk.
Edited to add:
I called on Saturday, July 12 at 4pm. Since Michael was not willing to show the house on Sunday, I asked if I could see it anytime during the current day I called. He said no.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mike Fournier when looking at property to rent in Nyack. Mike is the ONLY realtor since I've moved to NY that truly looks for your needs first. His demeanor and honesty was extremely refreshing and there is no doubt you'll receive top notch service. Although the unit that I wanted to rent was a little too small to fit my couch, I would not hesitate to recommend Mike. I only wish I would have met him a year and a half ago.
