We believe that all our residents deserve to be treated with respect and dignity. Resthaven realizes that each of our residents has individual needs and we specialize in providing the care necessary to fulfill these needs. Our interdisciplinary team works together with each resident's doctor and associated health care professionals to develop a plan of care tailored to meet the specific needs of each resident.

Would never recommend. My mother was placed here for skilled nursing and has made no progress since admission. Left in bed for long periods of time, items stolen from her room, injured multiple times, caught shingles while in the facility, and dropped during a transfer and family was never informed. Minimal communication with family. Hard to even get a call back. If you care about your loved one, choose another facility. They care about the $$ and not the well being of the patient.

Horrible facility! I have never regretted a decision in my life like I have this one (putting my mother in this facility). They absolutely refuse to communicate with family and items are constantly being stolen. They almost appear to garner happiness from making the resident and family scared and miserable!!!!
