During these extremely difficult times, the South Haven Eyecare Center has helped me immensely get my new prescription glasses. Now I can see out of both eyes. Both Dr. Basik and Dr. Mannik have protected my vision for years. Of course I do miss Skip in the optical department, but as a retiree I understand everyone retires and a replacement for him is hard to find. Keep up the great work.

I went to South Haven Eye Care with my daughter. When I walked in before my daughter arrived, I was told to "go sit down". The manner in which I was greeeted was extremely rude. We arrived 15 minutes early and had sent our paperwork via email hours before our appointment. However, the receptionist made us fill out an old new patient form which had been written on with red pen several times that you could not read any of the information that was on the form. We waited 45 minutes before we were able to see the doctor. This was during my lunch hour which I exceeded which is completely unacceptable
