Braselton, Georgia is a town in Barrow, Gwinnett Hall, and Jackson counties approximately 53 miles northeast of Atlanta. The town is named after Harrison Braselton, a poor dirt farmer who married Susan Hosch, the daughter of a wealthy plantation owner. He built his home on 786 acres of land, which later became Braselton.

The staff is extremely friendly and easy to work with. We have been using Progressive for several years and have no bugs in our home. When Lisa calls to make the appointment she always asks if we have any issues or concerns and the tech also asks when they arrive. The answer is always no we just don't see any live bugs no even around the immediate exterior of our home.

Brandon was great! He was very pleasant and addressed all of our problems and removed some Joro spider nests. Was very informative about possible upcoming pest invasions and what to do about it. Excellent service! And our old cat loved him!

Do NOT recommend! I was a new customer and the product wasn’t working. They came out and sprayed in March a full service. In the end of April/beginning of May I was noticing bugs all over the main floor, when I called to have someone come back out and spray, Lisa told me they would only spray the hot spots. I told her the whole main floor was a hot spot, I was seeing bugs in every room. Then was told I needed to choose where I saw the most bugs and that’s where they would spray because they would not retreat the whole main floor. So they came out and treated the “hot spot”. The most horrible service. Most unprofessional and bad customer service. Not only did they not come to do their job, it was impossible to reach them. We ended up leaving voicemails after voicemails. It was so stressful dealing with them. Still can not believe that the owner would return our phone call. Unbelievable.
We wasted about two months with them and got tired and gave up. Wasted our money. Didn't even give us a full refund. We switched service and realize how nice it is to have a normal functioning pest control company doing the job.
