Patty is such a find. Her place is clean, and centrally located in Japantown! You can't beat her warm and down to earth personality. I love how she is extremely honest and so generous and caring with her work and time. Her prices are amazing. Though I've not gotten eyelash extensions from her - I recommend her to my co workers, bc her prices can't be best. I like how she doesn't judge you if you haven't come for awhile.

I love coming here. I found Patty through yelp and all of her glowing reviews. She is very nice and welcoming. I get a whole list of services done through her. I have never been happier with my brow shape, my keratin lash lift is always amazing, her facials are heavenly, and my Brazilian waxes are comfortable and quick (the numbing spray that she offers helps too). I am so glad that I found Patty and don't plan on leaving. I highly recommend her. She is by appointment only and there is street parking or garage parking at Japantown.

Months later and more visits later I still love Patty's work! I love her numbing spray which makes my experience almost painless. But she's so quick that even if it hurts a little you'll be done fast. I love her realistic prices and not the "starting at $65+" commonly found in the area. And she's super sweet and outgoing making me comfortable during my Brazilian! And Patty never leaves any hairs behind!

I'm a creature of habit and when it comes to beauty related things, I feel like every female has their go-to person. I've been going to the same esthetician for 8 years in the South Bay and have been looking for one in SF and found Patty in the neighborhood a few months ago.
Patty is awesome! I currently go to her for a variety of different things:

I've been coming to Patty to get waxed since October. She seriously the best! Very minimal pain, everything is really clean, and she takes hardly any time at all. I can be in and out in about 20 minutes. She's also super affordable, and you can book online.
The best part is how she's really easy to talk to. You can actually start to forget what's going on (kind of) down there, AND she does such a good job that I only really need to come in about every 6 weeks!

I've been wanting to try Keratin Lash Lifting but couldn't find any salons that provide this service in East Bay, so when I read all the stellar reviews for Sugar Skincare, I decided to drive to the city and try this place out. I had my lashes lifted with Patty. She was super sweet and explained the whole process since I've never done this before. I have thick, straight lashes that are apparently stubborn so it didn't curl as I expected, my right eye is a lot curlier than my left but I am still happy with the results. Just hoping that my lashes will stay curled as long as possible

I have followed, and will follow, Patty pretty much anywhere in the city. I have been going to Patty for all things waxing for over two years and she does such a great job. She's personable and talkative, so you forget she's pouring hot wax on you and ripping it off. The location is super central and convenient to transportation.
I recommend Patty to all of my friends and will continue to do so, well, at least until it gets too difficult to get an appointment.
