Had a difficult to prove case so old it is ridiculous it came up involving fraud and unifund and garnishment and Mel's team with the lead attorney John McCarthy did an excellent job getting it dismissed. If your cause is involving unifund or any debt collector and anything you feel is unfair these are your guys. They will go the extra mile to make sure you get the best results with backgrounds on the other side of the fence where they went after bad debt you really want someone that knows the laws and procedures on both ends.
