My family owned and operated Red Arrow Sports from the early 1960's though the mid 1980's. So I know-when all you want to do is get out on the water, the last thing you need is a hassle.

We have a cabin on Deer Lake and Terry has been an incredible help to us over the years, doing "cabin calls" to troubleshoot engine issues, helping us get our pontoon back and forth to the dealer, storing our boat in the winter, and offering candid , expert advice. Visited here needing a hub for a spare prop for my pontoon, they didn't have the one I needed and seeing the condition of the prop I was using the owner brought a used one out and asked if I needed one to use for the weekend. Service and generosity you'll only find in a small town. In the end I ended up purchasing the prop at a very fair price.

If I could give the a star minus I sure would ...... Called about a simple little fuel pump for a 6hp Johnson the sales guys quoted me 30 bucks on the phone (same as eBay) so I figured good I'll order it and two days wait is better than a week so I get there today to pick it up and they tell me it has a 90 dollar price!!!!!! Never again and not the first time I've been screwed and mislead by them

Was unable to diagnose and fix my boat within the agreed time frame. Probably because they didn’t start it until a week after they said they would. Promised he could diagnose it within an hour on week later he is unable to. Do not expect this place to call you back we were told multiple time the mechanic will call us and never did. Finally he said he will try a few more things within the hour and call us if he can figure it out. One hour passed we called them back and the mechanic has went home for the day. I felt very confident when I first dropped my boat off but maybe that was because he said

Repeatedly were told we will call you back with info and never did, I had to keep calling them just asking for an update on my boat. This places customer service is horrible. They start on your boat and then jump to someone else’s, doesn’t matter when you bring it because they will fix it when they want to. And don’t let them lie to you about being able to diagnose it in an hour, they can’t even call you back in an hour. Also will still charge you if they can’t figure it out. My boat motor prop was scratched from them and my boat ran even worse. This place is a scam. Mechanic told us

Well maintained shop with NICE Legend bass boats on display/sale. I want to thank Terry and his wife for providing me with an amazing opportunity to purchase my 2000 Nitro Bass boat from them. They were able to put the boat on hold for several days over the weekend as they provided a tune-up for the engine before purchasing to ensure that I had no issues when taking it to the lake. Sure enough, first turn key on the lake and the motor was smooth as a whistle. Who knew 75hp motor would go 40+ mph on the lake? the tune-up exceeded my expectation of the small motor and now I will be holehopping with
