Located off route 60 on Main St. in historic Fredonia, The Upper Crust Bakery and Soup Co, is celebrating over 20 years. The base of all our products consist of natural ingredients, the same ones your Grandmother used. Serving up original recipes, baker-Jim says, " The difference between us and them is the love, gotta have the love!".
When people ask us what's in our special soups we just answer. LOVE! Our soups are made daily with NO soup starters, just good old ingredients! We roast our own turkeys for our signature roast turkey sandwich. Our sandwiches are served on homemade old-fashioned bread; each slice cut thick by hand. We also grill yummy thick signature Paninis!

Opening in 1990 and ever evolving, the Upper Crust is a destination spot. Everyday we roast our own turkeys for our signature sandwiches. Each sandwich is prepared on our freshly baked bread. Jim and Colleen, masters of recipe development, have created all their own soup and bakery recipes. Each day Upper Crust serves 4-6 freshly made soups.
Our Upcakes is our signature cake. Others have the cupcake, we have the Upcake. Upside down stuffed or un-stuffed these make a statement and are a crowd pleaser. Customers love them for weddings and showers because everyone gets their own little "cake" that was made for them that day. We don't deal in fondant; YUCK, we personally feel frosting should be licked!
