The doctor I booked with is not the doctor I seen! I was seen by Elizabeth and she did great, nice, and thorough. I left with too many other questions not answered. The person to check you out at the front desk is rude and didn’t want to help me understand my questions. You also have to go somewhere else and be charged separately for labs which was confusing because she said they were a part of my physical which was paid for. So yes I didn’t get everything that was suppose to be covered done. I also had to talk to 5 different people for 1 appointment and I believe that is causing confusion

The women that answer the phone at the front desk are so rude. They always have an attitude. Not for sure who I just spoke with but she purposely kept saying my name wrong 3 times in a row after I kept repeated the right way to say it. That’s just plain disrespectful this is why I would never recommend my family or friends to come here. When you’re sick the last thing you want to deal with is talking to someone that is rude. Especially when it comes to your health.

The Doctor is amazing and kind when I'm there, but they refuse to answer phone calls. There is never anyone there to answer the phone, it goes to voicemail every time and it is difficult to get someone to call you back. It's very frustrating and I usually end up having to call multiple times for anyone to eventually call me back hours or days later. I understand being busy occasionally, but never answering calls, ever, and sending them to voicemail is poor customer service.

I went into this Center for my immigration health check. The office made a minor mistake by stamping the year "2020" instead of "2021" on all my health reports. The office team and manager were swift and courteous in fixing the mistake, and shipping my results to my attorney via Fedex to be delivered in time for my appointment. Thank you so much for excellent customer service. I appreciate it!

Who loves an annual physical? I do! I have been a patient at this practice for more than ten years and always love the warm welcome, friendly staff and my time with Dr Bescos. She listens. It is such a blessing to have a Doctor take the time to ask and understand what's going on, answer your questions and make wise recommendations for what I can do to take responsibility for and improve my health and well-being. In a world of five stars, Dr Besocs is a six star physician!

My mom and I have been patients of Dr. Bescos for 20+ years now! She is very personable and really takes the time to get to know her patients! She doesn’t just throw medicine your way when you come in for aches and pains like other doctors; which I appreciate because most times they aren’t needed. I highly recommend her practice she’s the best!

I have been Dr. Bescos patient for 5years and never had a best experience at Doctor office like here. Dr. Bescos is an awesome doctor, she does not only see you for what you are there for, but also is open for any other health concerns you might have. She takes the time to know her patients and recommends to any other specialist if needed. All other staff members provide 100% customer service satisfaction and respond to all your needs.
