RUN! I don't write many reviews, but RUN away from this doctor. I showed up to my appointment with him, twice, only to be turned away by embarrassed nurses both times because the doctor decided to not show up that day (after sitting in his waiting room nearly an hour). Not only that, but the office ordered a bunch of unrelated and ridiculous tests - which you will see in many other reviews here. My new primary doctor literally couldn't believe what they put me through all for a simple cold.

I would NOT see Dr. Michael. Worst doctors empierce of my life. Dr. Michael showed up an hour late and I didn't speak with him for another 45 minutes. Once I finally met with the doctor he seemed almost under the influence and very disorganized. I ended up just walking out. Biggest waste of my time ever!!!!

We were not able to receive medical records and reports of the procedures performed at this doctors office. What is the point of performing the procedures if we will never receive the result? I will contact my insurance with the request not to pay and request an investigation until reports are provided.

Dr.B. Michael is the most caring doctor I have ever met. I have been under his care for more than 15 years. He’s not just a good doctor but a great person in general. The waiting time can some time be a bit long and of course people would get frustrated. The only reason why there’s a wait is because Dr. Michael takes his time with each patient to make sure he gives them his full attention. I don’t mind trading some waiting time for the extra care I will then receive.

I think I have written a yelp review 2 times in my life, but I felt compelled to do so for this office. This review is NOT about Dr Michaels, it is simply about his staff. I have never had poor customer service experience like this. I made an appointment to do a check up/x ray for the first time with them because I had a cough after flying, and the nurse Anita told me while I was at the office that they would call with results/prescriptions. But no, they called when my results were in and demanded I would need to come in the next day in order to get any results and to see Dr. Michael. He was nice

If you have choices, go to another office. At first we thought this office was great. By the third and fourth visit we waited well over two hours past the scheduled time. I work in a doctors office there is absolutely no reason to make a patient wait this long. We left the fourth visit with out seeing the doctor. It was getting to be close to 3 hours of waiting. Also we were told he could no longer write certain prescriptions. What is that about?

Today, I came to visit Dr. B Michael and this visit was a total facelift from the last. Staff was super professional, helpful and kind. Waiting room time short and almost no patients in waiting and they took me in last minute. Today, was my first time meeting Dr. Michael and I was very impressed with how thorough he is! He took his time to go over everything and to explain to me in detail my charts. Again, today I was very impressed with the service here and I will come again. I recommend Dr. Brent Michael's!!!

I met Dr. Michael once, and he seemed fine. The problem is that he is chronically unavailable and tied up in long conversations with one or two patients when he has seven or more waiting for him in various parts of his office. He doesn't manage his time well, and that is an understatement. It's so bad that an appointment with him is no guarantee that he will be present when the time comes. An appointment doesn't mean that you will actually see him or that you won't be waiting in a room alone for an hour or two until you finally decide to leave because you just can't take

I was a patient of Doctor Michael for about 3 years. Recently I wanted to see the Doctor to discuss a few concerns. I called in to schedule an appointment and the earliest they would see me was 2 weeks later. I arrive that day for my appointment only to find out the Doctor didn't come to work that day so they rescheduled me for 10 days later. That day comes and I get another call saying the Doctor needs to reschedule again so I have to wait another 5 days. Today I finally was able to get my appointment.

A friend recommended it so I went in for a physical yesterday and today for the blood test result. Dr. Michael is indeed very thorough, exactly like what I've been told by the friend. He explained my results with much more details than the doctor I visited last year and discussed any concern I had. He also refereed me to a specialist to address a problem I have further for my benefits. Staff is very friendly and efficient in doing their work too.
PS. The parking in the building costed $17 for my visit even with 15 minutes validation from the pharmacy so it is pricey, just find street parking and

I made an appointment for my wife. My wife received a confirming telephone call. When my wife turned up for the appointment, she was very abruptly told that she was not on the schedule. No apology. Nothing in the way of courtesy. And the receptionist was very rude when the appointment has been made approximately one week before. We never made any direct contact with the doctor. But he is responsible for his staff and how they conduct themselves. Truly shameful and completely unprofessional.

Terrible experience!!!! Rude staff that is unwilling to assist with referrals to other doctors. Staff refuses to call you back and the receptionist will hang up on you. They were happy to take my copay but they didn't even allow me to see the doctor, instead a nurse told me she would call with a referral that afternoon. Two weeks later and every time I call to ask about the referral the receptionist tells me I'm not in their system and hangs up on me. Karen the receptionist, is extremely rude, unprofessional, she has ZERO sympathy for anyone, and very disrespectful. I am shocked how this office is still in business.

My experience here has been so horrific I felt compelled to warn people. My first visit here I waited over an hour in the waiting room (way before Covid). I overheard the nurse and front desk discussing a patients mental health and making threats towards him saying things like "he's lucky I don't..". I also overheard the nurse saying "this woman in the waiting room can probably hear us".
I saw the doctor for the first time and as he was rushing through my blood work results, he calls the nurse in and all of a sudden I see him running down the hallway with a briefcase

I've been with this " doctor " for over a year, I've had a few appointments and yet he's never treated me. Always sending me out for test and nothing else. His staff is rude.I MEAN RUDE....

What a pathetic excuse for a doctor's office. I booked my appt. a month ago. I was on time. I paid $10 for parking. Took 3 hrs out of work, will do overtime tonight. Didn't make a run before the border closed to get a clean bill of health.

Dr. Michael is the most Caring Dr. I have had the privilege of having taking care of my health needs. His calm and personal demeanor is above and beyond what I have ever experienced. I have never had issues with the the waiting time but, if ever I did I would not complain because he is worth the wait. I get his complete attention the entire visit. When I leave I feel very confident that he has completely covered my heath needs from head to toe. I would recommend him to anyone who wants is concerned or wants a Dr. to be concerned about their health.

Dr. Michael has been our family doctor for over 10 years. He has always been the main pillar in our family care; specially a few years ago when my father wouldn’t have been able to get through a very difficult period without his care. Had my first appointment with Dr. Michael today. He spent a very long time getting to know me, was extremely thorough and clear, explained everything and was an excellent listener. He's also very kind and compassionate and I left feeling like I had finally found a doctor who was not only smart, but who also had great "bedside manner."
