I started the company in March of 2017 and have been blessed to watch it grow quickly since that point.
At Central Virginia Power Washing we provide professional power washing services for all of our residential and commercial clients. Our company provides high pressure cleaning options on surfaces like concrete and brick, and soft washing on any vinyl surfaces. This is done to ensure no damage is done and to guarantee maximum results are attained.
It keeps wet leaves, mud and debris away from the facia boards behind your gutters, which if left to their own devices can rot the boards and cause premature failure of the gutters and roof. It stops your gutters from filling with water in cold temperatures, freezing, and causing sagging of your gutters from the excessive weight.

They arrived promptly at the stated time. Both of the young men were pleasant, polite, and professional. Nicholas went beyond what was asked for. Everything looks great, especially our "gross" porch rails and sidewalk, which are now clean and bright! The job was schedule was on and off and back on due to a week of rain.

We’ve used Central VA Power Washing services in the past and were very satisfied, so had them come clean our gutters. They did a great job. Cleaned all the debris from the gutters and any that fell to the ground. Left everything neat and tidy. We will continue to use their services!!

Patrick was on time and a very hard worker. He was detailed and very good at his job. I highly recommend this company. Nicholas was really responsive and worked me in. They had to come farther than normal yet they did so. Patrick And Nicholas were a rare breed. They actually was personable and nice. It was a pleasure paying him and Nicholas. I hope to get them on a regular schedule moving forward. Just wanted to say thanks for a job well done

This is the second time I’ve invited Central BA Power Washing to clean up my roof and gutters. This experience was outstanding. Did a great job and left everything in order.

Both guys, Nicholas and Patrick, performed a thorough job. They are both very competent, punctual and polite. This is the second year in a row I have used their service and this year I also added my daughter's home to the list. Both homes were power washed and came out sparkling clean They also did an excellent job on both home's gutters not only removing the leaves and debris but also performed a water flush through the gutters and downspouts
