Child abuse has been occurring, have heard story stories of abuse for years. Open Arms is not a 'daycare' it's a money operation where they mistreat kids, they are merely seen as profit.

My kids have attended Open Arms for 2 years now. My girls have both had teachers that made real, true connections with them and all of the staff seem know my kids' names, even if they have never been in their class. Every time I have had an issue, the director, Maria, has discussed it with me and we have found a solution. We love Open Arms!

I waited for months on a waitlist for the infant room. I expected a lot and have been generally disappointed. Such a headache to work with and very inflexible. I would never recommend it for anything except caring for children 3-5 years old. Completely overpriced for what you get!

My kids have gone there for years and I’ve never had any issues! I have formed a really nice relationship with every teacher my children have had and I feel that they are in a safe and clean environment, which is very reassuring as a working mom.
