I am so glad that I met with Briscoe Realty. Our agent had so much patience with us and even met us at the last minute, on weekends and even when it was pouring down rain. Our agent has such a sweet spirit and is willing to do whatever we needed. Since we did not live in Granbury, it was hard for us to meet with carpet installers, etc. and she even took the time to go let them in.
When it comes to buying a home, your negotiation smarts can go a long way toward protecting your best interests and your cash. Knowing whats really important early on is critical to getting a great deal. Ultimately, the bar for whether your negotiation is successful is determined by what the home and contract terms are wroth to you.
Step 1: Abandon your personal point of view. Step out of your shoes and be a shopper. How much would a willing, ready and able buyer be willing to pay for your home? Buyers do not care how much you paid for the home, how much you need from this home to purchase the next home or how much time and money you have invested in hardwood floors or landscaping.

We had an appointment to see this realtor’s listing. She canceled our appointment last minute without allowing us to reschedule in order to show it to her own client. She is doing a disservice to our realtor and us, along with her client the seller. If I were the seller I would be most interested in all offers, not just my listing agent’s buyer’s offer. Questionable.

We’ve been putting off our search for a new home because we thought it was going to take up time we didn’t have. My wife and I went to the realtors of Briscoe Real Estate to try out our luck and we were pleasantly surprised. They took care of finding our home after asking us what we were looking for. When we went to visit what would become our new home, we knew our realtor actually listened to us. We’re so happy in our new home and it’s all because of our realtor.
