I recently shipped a non-running 1955 Ford pickup from California to Georgia with RCG. I was expecting this to be a tricky affair but couldn't have been happier with how it worked out. Josh handled my enquiry and also coordinated with the seller of the vehicle to figure out the collection. It was a very pleasant surprise when the driver called me on Friday (after a Tuesday pickup) to ask if he could deliver the truck the following day.
I couldn't have asked for more - the price was great and the service was faultless. Having bought the vehicle sight unseen I was glad that RCG took away the stresses

I've been working with Tim for almost a year and I've been more than happy to say he's has always done his best to accommodate my routes and if I ever had any problems at the pickup or drop off locations he was fast to get it resolved to keep me moving it's a shame he's moving on good luck on your new adventure

I had a terrible experience with this company. After a week of delay, my car arrived with several damages (see photos). Also, three of my bags inside the car were stolen. The trunk lock was broken, the remove control was lost, and my car key was replaced without telling me about my car situation. I won't recommend this company for car transport.

Mark Shishkovskiy has been the best help I could ask for. This guy has gone above and beyond with loads and has been extremely helpful when delivering cars. He has been patient and worked with me when things haven't gone right. I know a lot of people at RCG as I do work for them alot. But Mark has been there from the start. Very professional and amazing at his job.

Josh Z. helped coordinate my car transportation, and the entire process was very smooth from car pick up to car delivery. Driver was very communicative and kind. RCG was easy to reach over the phone and made multiple efforts to follow up and check that everything was going well. I would definitely recommend their services to family and friends. Also, it was the best priced service after calling a couple of companies.

I had a Ford Econoline work Van I had trouble finding a transport for. Josh, with RCG auto transport, gave me a good price, reasonable ETA, and always maintained in communication! Both him and the driver always gave me updates from booking, eta, even called 30min before arrival. From Chattanooga to Nashville, TN! Definitely a great experience, nothing compared to some experiences I've encountered with UShip. Highly recommend!!

Disappointing and unprofessional! I made the mistake of recommending this company to my daughter and what an awful experience it was for her to ship her car in August 2019. Not only did they not ship the car on time and charge my credit card $300 than most quotes from other companies but their contracted driver didn't even deliver the car but dropped it off at some remote yard place and wanted to know the price we paid to ship it out which is none of his business!

Not worth your time, very unreliable. This place had great reviews and so i decided to give them a try. I had to get my car shipped to Iowa for a new job and ive never shipped my car before. I called abt 3 weeks before i wanted it shipped out here i got a price and they estimated a date it could be picked up and it sounded perfect. So comes the day they should pick it up and nothing no call from them or nothing. I give them a call and they said they were still scheduling it and that it would be in Iowa the weekend i needed it over here. 3 more days go by and still nothing no call, I call again

Use them! Seriously I had a smooth and stress free experience getting my vehicle transported by them. I contacted all the other companies and got quotes and this was the only company with a good price AND good reviews. I have a luxury vehicle so I was very afraid of damage occurring during transport so the fact that this company had no bad reviews sold me and the good reviews are fact! Trust me I don't just give out good reviews and 5 stars but this company deserves it as my vehicle only had dust which is to be expected when you're transporting through various weather conditions.

Great company for transporting your vehicle. I called multiple companies for transportation quotes, when calling RCG I spoke with Brad. He was professional, prompt, and trustworthy. They quoted a very reasonable price, pick-up and delivery date. Then Brad provided updates periodically until the car was delivered on time. TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE.
