Sarah E. Malerstein joined DuRard, McKenna & Borg in 2008. Sarah has 30 years of legal experience, and currently dedicates her time to representing injured workers in workers' compensation matters. She is an active member of the California Applicant Attorneys' Association and has served as President and Vice-President of the San Francisco Chapter.
Sean Sweeney joined our firm in 2014 after his graduation from law school. Sue Borg, Rob, and the entire staff at DuRard, McKenna, & Borg are professional, and patient. They answered my questions and helped me understand the process. I was having a tough time as my employer and their representing insurance firm disputed my claim and put me through untold misery. I had been trying to handle it on my own as many attorneys would not bother with my type of situation because it was a 'mental' stress illness induced by an intentionally hostile work environment. However, Sue Borg was willing to take my case. No doubt, stress/mental cases are difficult, however
