Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Our treatment team consists of Expanded Functions Certified Assistants who graduated from the Academy of Orthodontic Assisting.

It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.
We also offer a variety of financing options such as a No Down-Payment Plan (third-party financing), a Down-Payment Plan (partial payment when treatment begins, followed by monthly interest-free payments), and a courtesy discount for direct payment in full at the start of treatment.In addition, we offer sibling and multiple family member discounts to help make your orthodontic treatment more affordable.

We do not directly accept insurance assignment, but we will gladly assist you in completing and submitting your insurance forms so that you may be reimbursed. Payment is due at the time services are rendered, unless prior arrangements have been made. We offer several payment options to make orthodontic treatment affordable for all our patients.
At your first appointment, Dr. Austin will conduct a thorough examination, identify and explain any orthodontic problems you may have, advise you as to whether treatment is indicated, and answer any questions you may have. This initial consultation usually lasts about 30 minutes and is free of charge.

We have been at Austin Orthodontics for years! We have had nothing but amazing experiences!! I have a child who is being made fun of at school for his teeth, and their quick actions to get this taken care of has helped mend my heart and his. We are new clients to Austin Orthodontics but we have loved the attention and thoroughness. All the gals and technicians here are so great and Dr. Austin has a very steady approach. They have a great app and incentive program for kids that has really helped with the braces being a “game” to win gift cards!
