Alex and his step-dad were extremely helpful. They scheduled a diagnostic appointment within the same day that I called. Alex checked our heating and gas fireplace. He offered assistance when installing a new thermostat but ultimately we asked him to install the thermostat. He showed up the next morning and helped set up the app as well for our nest. He communicated through text to keep us updated on appointment time and we were able to pay online. Excellent service! We will definitely use them again in the future

I called another company and they said they could come in six weeks. (The temperatures had been in the high nineties for weeks.). I called West Coast and they apologized for not being able to come that day, but they showed up at 8 am the NEXT DAY! Personable and professional, it took them less than an hour to get our A/C working again.

These guys are great! I can’t say enough good things about them. They came out the same day I called which amazed me. I have an older heating unit and needed parts but even getting the older parts was fast. Alex is such a nice guy ... he answered all my questions and explained everything. Also, they were more than fair in the price. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Seriously do not hesitate to call these guys!

What a pleasure! Wished more companies operated like this one. Dan, the owner answers the phone himself, listens to your needs, and schedules the appointment. Written and verbal communications are excellent. I received texts, emails and phone call regarding what I could expect from their service, when they would be here, and what the amount would be. No hidden fees, just plain simple, straight forward communication. They were on time, courteous, and well prepared. Fully stocked truck, they carry everything they need. I was desperate to find someone to come and fix our AC unit. The forecast was going to be 110F and I'm 9 months pregnant...not the best combination. I must've called 5 companies before and all couldn't come till 2 days later. I wasn't even about to suffer another day in this horrible heat.
Dan was polite, prompt, honest, and good at what he does. He fixed our unit and is now blowing cold air more than ever. We had another guy come a couple months ago who got it working but wasn't blowing enough cold air and with the consistent high heat the unit couldn't keep up.

While the service itself was adequate, Dan Parker spent the entire time on his cell phone conducting other business. His assistant actually added the Freon needed to our air conditioner. Dan did not avail himself to me, the customer, to answer questions I had related to my air conditioner. In general, I found him rude in his demeanor. I will not be utilizing his services again nor will I recommend him to others.

My air conditioning unit broke last night and I called the number on the web site at 9:30 p.m., after hours, thinking I was only going to be able to leave a message and received a call back within 5 minutes. He showed up the next day, on time, and fixed my unit within 10 minutes. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received from an air conditioning company. Parker was very polite and well groomed I will definitely recommend West Coast air conditioning to all the people I know.
